Your meal group coordinator will let you know what food to bring. We do not have access to the kitchen or refrigerators this year, so please plan accordingly. Most of the cabins have small refrigerators, and a lot of the people in RVs will probably have extra room in their refrigerators if you want to coordinate with them ahead of time. Otherwise, you may want to bring a cooler with ice for your cold things. Bottled water will be provided.

- We will not have access to the camp kitchen this year since they will be starting renovations the beginning of September. We will serve meals by the pavilion area again, and in case of rain, we will utilize the gym. A small trailer nearby will be stocked with supplies (see back of this paper for detailed list).
- Water and coffee will be provided for each meal. Lemonade will be provided Saturday evening and Sunday lunch. Your group is responsible for filling the drink cups for the serving line.
- An ice cream machine will be available throughout the weekend so plan your desserts accordingly.
- Your group is also responsible to help with clean-up for the meal you are assigned to.
- Please keep track of how many people you planned for, actually served, how much food was leftover, and any other notes so we can add it to the book for future reference. We will provide a notes form to each meal group.
- In order to consolidate expenses that are turned in to Aaron Stoltzfus, ANY or ALL receipts may be turned in to Forrest & Teresa or Todd & Amy for reimbursement.
