10:30 – 3:00 – Ice cream machine
10:30 – Softball (Hunter)
Afternoon – Free time (outdoor games, visiting, etc.)
4:00 – Door prize drawing ends
4:00 – Community Supper (*Jason & Norma, *Leon & SuEllen, Steven & Naomi, Reinhart & Ruth, Bob & Yolonda, Vic & Sheryl, Skyler & Erin, Len & Naomi, Justin & Emily, Marlin & Viola) – Pavilion
7:45 – Vote in campout committee for 2024
8:00 – Community “SNACK CONTEST” – Please bring a snack or two to share and plan to VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE SNACKS!!! – Pavilion

Sunday
8:30-9:15 Come & Go Breakfast (*Travis & Alisha, *Dustan & Wanda, Jr & Martha, Tom & Tabitha, Tim & Valerie) – Pavilion
10:00 – Church service (Pastors & Worship Committee) – Location to be determined
12:00 – Community Lunch (*Orus & Sue Etta, *Rod & Cindy, Daryl & Kim, Marion & Loretta, Steve & Karen, Todd & Anita, Tim & Twila, Aaron & Jenni, Marv & Margaret, Ryan & Liz, Tom & Jewel) – Pavilion
Afternoon – Free time
Clean up – Supplies are provided at each location
Front Restrooms & Showers – Travis’ & Lawrence’s care groups and those not in a care group
Back Restrooms & Showers – Vic’s, Leon’s, & Gary’s care groups
Final trash pickup and empty trash cans – Youth (see Forrest or Todd for instructions)
Cabins & dorms – individuals who rented for the weekend
In order to keep the campground looking clean for the weekend, EVERYONE can help! If you see trash laying around, please pick it up and throw it away. Thanks for your help!
5:00 – Checkout

Things to bring – outdoor games (cornhole, bocce ball, croquet, ladder ball, etc.), softball equipment, camp chairs, snacks for Saturday evening, board games/card games

Your meal group coordinator will let you know what food to bring. We do not have access to the kitchen or refrigerators this year, so please plan accordingly. Most of the cabins have small refrigerators, and a lot of the people in RVs will probably have extra room in their refrigerators if you want to coordinate with them ahead of time. Otherwise, you may want to bring a cooler with ice for your cold things. Bottled water will be provided.
